Raindrops

Inspired by Chopin’s Prelude in D-flat Major, Op. 28, No. 15 (the “Raindrop Prelude”), this piece is a satisfying musical experience. Written in the key of C major, it is wonderful solo for developing lyrical playing, balance between the hands and legato pedaling. Students will enjoy the challenge of telling the story of a gentle rainstorm through the music.
