This sensitive arrangement by Jim Duff is based on the lovely folk song ‘She’s Like the Swallow’ and features an alto saxophone solo. Beautiful scoring creates a warm wash of color to support the reflective melody. An excellent change of pace for an up-tempo concert program. (Grade 2)
