Convergence

With the main thematic material beginning in unison and quickly expanding into thick harmonies, this work moves even the younger ensemble into an expanded consciousness of contemporary composition. A slower middle section provides necessary contrasts and vertical sonorities that underscore the interaction of the melodic lines throughout.
