The Eidgenössische Musikfest 2011 can only be described in superlatives: around 550 music associations and 23,000 musicians came together at the world’s largest music festival, which convenes every five years in Switzerland. Gilbert Tinner’s Celebration and Dance is a composition written especially for this festival.
